I had them pull some very old and very large evergreen bushes from my front yard and lay down mulch. they did an amazing job and it looks fantastic!!

Truly a family run company and I couldn’t have been happier! I have worked with landscape companies in the past who made me feel like my requests were not worth their time. Not the case here! They are absolutely wonderful, reply in a reasonable time, and their prices are competitive and reasonable. Our property is small but was very overgrown and it’s like I got a reset after they removed shrubs, cleared out dead plants, and even took out an entire bed of unwanted plants. We still have a lot that needs doing and I will be using them again in the future.

So impressed with the work of Colin and his team at H&L Lawn Care. I had always wanted stone stairs and a crushed slate patio to replace an out of control weed garden down the hill to our walk out basement. Seemed like an easy enough ask but the job was bigger than I expected. There was extreme heat that lasted for days that just wouldn't give us a break. Additionally there was a neighbor that made the job more difficult than it needed to be, but Colin handled it professionally and respectfuly, never complained and assured me he would hit my time line. From start to finish was up front and communicated with me frequently. The end job was gorgeous, exactly as I had hoped, and I have received so many compliments on his work.

We recently hired H&L to clear buckthorn from our property, and we are extremely satisfied with the results! They demonstrated professionalism, a high level of knowledge and expertise, and attention to detail throughout the process. They efficiently removed the buckthorn, taking care to minimize any damage to surrounding vegetation and other property features with quality workmanship. We highly recommend them for any landscape / buckthorn removal needs and give them 5/5 stars. We are already looking forward to our next project!

We are extremely happy with the outcome of our backyard makeover! H&L was great with communicating and offering design suggestions. We had our old wood deck removed and replaced with brick pavers… it looks AMAZING! Other work included removing old fence, installing rocks, and planting bushes.
